Finding faults before they become failures.

When you drive a company car it’s easy to forget to check the tyres, top up the oil and refill the screenwash. Plus, with ever longer service intervals, many company cars only get checked over once a year. Our experience tells us that’s just not enough. Take one fleet recently inspected by RAC: out of 140 cars less than 21/2 years old, 31 would have failed an MOT test and 11 had faults which would have put the driver on the wrong side of the law. More worryingly, 19 had dangerously faulty brakes or steering – which could have put the driver on the wrong side of the road.
